I LOVE THIS AGE!!

Ella is 2 years 10 months and is always saying funny stuff.  Yesterday she said "Holy cow!"

We just cracked up...it's because I always call Ty "Babe"!

so this is Ella on Saturday morning at our house...just before our princess tea party. The girl is versatile I must say!

Her Shadow

I was just looking at some pictures of "M" that we received on Dec. 1st. I saw something in those pictures and it has shaken me..her shadow. I have never noticed it before!! Nothing makes a person more real than a shadow. I can't put into words what it is doing in my heart right now. It wants to jump out of my chest right now!! I want this sweet girl home with us so bad.
I want to take a bath with her,
read to her,
kiss her so much that it's annoying to her,
listen to her and her sister, Ella, argue over who had the toy first,
feed her until her tummy is so full she can't fit another bite,
praise Jesus with her,
sleep with her,
watch her Daddy cry at the sight of her,
buy her clothes that fit her just right that are hers and only hers,
listen to her sing.

I am waiting for her like I have never waited for anything before.
M, I love you and I long for you.

Ella and Santa

Look what Ella did!!!! Santa was at Henpeck Market...some of you know where that is or have been there with us...it's our favorite breakfast place. She not only sat on his lap this time...she told him that she wants him to bring her a baby and she hugged him!! I was so happy to get a picture with her and Santa and Daddy was so proud she overcame her fear!!

"santas clause"

We went and had breakfast at our favorite place this morning, Henpeck Market, and Santa was there. Ella thinks his name is "Santas Clause" and she did not take a likin' to ol' santas clause. She DID NOT want to sit on his lap and she didn't care what he would bring her if she did! But they did have a great Santa ride outside that she LOVED and we only had to pay $00.25 for her time with "Santas Clause".

We wrote "Santas" a letter and asked for a baby doll and a baby sister. Please santas, bring us that baby sister soon!!

And lastnight we had a date night and daddy took us to dinner for pizza and to Ella's 1st movie, Madagascar 2. She LOVED it and was such a good girl. She sat still the whole time and got up and danced to the music in the credits. Phil and Mary, doesn't that sound like someone you know?

Ella thought it was just about the coolest thing...walk up to the neighbor's house, say "trick or treat" and they give you "canny"!!
